Climate Action Bainbridge Candidate Interviews

Climate Action Bainbridge is interviewing City Council candidates at three CAB meetings. These interviews are providing CAB members and others with the opportunity to learn about the candidates’ views on climate change issues. Based on feedback from CAB members, the CAB Steering Committee (Brian Anderson, Mike Cox, Herb Hethcote and Barb Zimmer) has decided that CAB will not endorse any candidates for this City Council election.
On June 13 the speakers were Leslie Schneider (Central Ward), and Sarah Blossom (South Ward). On July 11 the speakers were Michael Pollock (South Ward), Kirsten Hytopoulos (At-Large), and Anthony Oddo (At-Large).
Please come to meet the last three candidates and ask them questions.
Each candidate is asked to speak for about 10 minutes and then respond to questions for about 10-15 minutes.

8:00 Grayson Wildsmith, candidate for Central Ward
Local Climate Action Bainbridge activities will be discussed between and after the candidate’s presentations. If time is available, we may discuss Anti-Idling education and a possible BI Idling Ordinance (Silvia Torres or Herb).
