Families for Families: A Children-led March to demand justice for all Immigrant Families!

Families are still being separated by cruel immigration policies, and children are still being locked in cages! Regulations such as the public charge rule are further curtailing the rights of immigrants. While national attention has turned away from these abuses happening in our country, violations of human dignity and rights continue. The Freedom for Immigrants Campaign (Families Belong Together WA coalition) believes it’s time for us to continue to raise awareness, advocate for justice, and demand an end to the separation and detention of immigrant families!

Together we demand justice for all immigrants. Together we stand with our children as they lift their voices of resistance against the unjust detention of their peers and their parents. Together we say that families belong together, not detained. Gather with us on Sunday, October 28th at 2:00 pm at Centro de la Raza Centilia Center to add your hands, feet, and voices with family members of all ages and generations as we seek #FreedomForImmigrantsand stand #Families4Families!

Familias para familias: ¡Una marcha dirigida por niños para exigir justicia para todas las familias inmigrantes!

Las familias todavía están siendo separadas por políticas de inmigración crueles, ¡y los niños todavía están encerrados en jaulas! Regulaciones como la regla de carga pública están restringiendo aún más los derechos de los inmigrantes. Si bien la atención nacional se ha alejado de estos abusos que ocurren en nuestro país, las violaciones de la dignidad humana y los derechos continúan. La Campaña Libertad para los Inmigrantes (la coalición de Familias Pertenecen Juntas) cree que es hora de que sigamos creando conciencia, abogando por la justicia y exigiendo el fin de la separación y la detención de las familias inmigrantes.

Juntos exigimos justicia para todos los inmigrantes. Juntos apoyamos a nuestros hijos mientras levantan sus voces de resistencia contra la detención injusta de sus compañeros y sus padres. Juntos decimos que las familias pertenecen juntas, no detenidas.
