From the Civil War to Warheads to Windmills: Ground Zero celebrates Mothers Day

Please join us on Saturday, May 8, 2021, as we celebrate the original intention of a Mothers Day for Peace!
NOTE: If you can’t join us physically this year, part of the day, including the keynote address, will be available on Zoom. We will provide the Zoom link as soon as it is available.
The day will include a keynote address by Tim Wallis and Vicki Elson, co-founders of NUCLEARBAN.US. and a march to the Bangor main gate, a vigil and possible nonviolent direct action against nuclear weapons.
Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor has the largest operational concentration of nuclear weapons in the U.S.
