MAC Salon Night: a speaker from Holocaust Center for Humanity

December 12, 2019 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Join BI School District’s Multicultural Advisory Council to hear Hana Kern, a Legacy Speaker from the Holocaust Center for Humanity. She will be sharing the story of her father, Tom Lenda, a child survivor of the Czechoslovak concentration camp Terezin.

Attending this program provides an opportunity to extend and enrich community conversations about anti-semitism.  Salon Nights bring community members together so that we can discuss our thoughts about issues related to social justice and diversity of human experience, both of which are main concerns of MAC.  We just talk, listen, question, and share as we puzzle through these challenging issues – together.  Please help spread the word to your colleagues, families and friends.  Students are welcome with their families.
