The way to start initiatives – huddles, rallies, research projects, strong pressure on our members of Congress – whatever it is that you are passionate about – is to figure out what you want, then email me and request whatever back up it is that you need to move forward.
The role of Indivisible Bainbridge Island is to support individuals and huddles through mentoring:
huddle creation,
activism,
canvassing,
how to connect with our Members of Congress,
promotion of initiatives through the web site and flyers;
and organizing regular meetings with speakers for the whole group to recruit and inspire – and socialize.
This site is a framework for that. Please ask for a page on it to represent your initiative or group. Just email me when you want your page or initiative webpage updated, and I will do it within 24 hours, usually a lot faster.
To create the structure of the group, it takes a village. Please volunteer if you can. These roles take between half an hour a week and up.
