How a Climate Scientist Came to Love Taming Bigfoot

November 29, 2017 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

SSCAN is excited to support 1 Sustainable Planet and Taming Bigfoot in Seattle!! We’re grateful for their leadership in helping us all reduce our carbon footprints.

Taming Bigfoot in Seattle is a fun way for committed activists and others to learn how best to reduce our carbon footprint. Team sign-ups are underway for this friendly, citywide competition. The competition, from February through April, is modeled after the first Taming Bigfoot, in which teams of Jefferson County residents significantly reduced their climate impact last year.
Learn more on Nov. 29 about Taming Bigfoot in Seattle from its creator, retired NASA climate scientist Bob Bindschadler. The competition and Bindschadler’s talk are co-sponsored by SSCAN.
