IMMIGRATION MOVIE EVENT

We will show a wonderful 10 minute documentary called “The Mayor” about a man who begins to understand issues around immigration first hand and then uses his position in the town to try to make changes.
We will have a short discussion and then show the amazing 40 minute documentary called ‘”Abrazos” about how a town in Minnesota comes together to make a difference in the lives of the Guatemalan families in their community. Kitsap Guatemalan families will be invited and everyone can participate in the discussion to follow.
Light snacks provided.
KIAC conference room is not large so come early to get a seat.
