MFOL’s Anniversary Event

Hello all!
As you may know March 24, 2019, will be the one year anniversary of the March For Our Lives demonstration.
This landmark event was the biggest student-led demonstration in US history, and we are grateful to have had your support in pulling it off — as well as your your continued support in propelling much needed gun reform (like 1-1639) in Washington in the year since!
For the anniversary, we will be hosting a community Town Hall with local representatives for a panel discussion. We opted for a Town Hall instead of a march for many reasons, one of which being the goal of continuing to familiarize youth with their representatives, and focus on what we as engaged citizens can do to make a lasting impact in our communities.
We’d love to celebrate the monumental year we’ve had with all of you! We truly cannot thank you all enough for giving us the resources, and platform to achieve more than we ever thought was possible.
