Candidates Forum for Bainbridge Island Council

The Bainbridge Island Senior Center is hosting a Candidates Forum on Wednesday, September 13th from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM at the Center’s Huney Hall. We thank you for your community service and invite you to join us in discussing the critical issues facing our community. We are inviting all 6 candidates for the Council seats up for election in November to meet with us and other members of the community. It will be a moderated forum with each candidate having a 3-4 minute opportunity to introduce themselves and their candidacy followed by written questions and answers from the audience.
It should be a lively discussion. The Senior Center boasts a membership of over 1,100 who will be notified of the event through our email newsletter. In addition posted flyers, notification on our Facebook page and notices in both the Bainbridge Review and Kitsap Sun should ensure a well-attended event.
