Canvassing to Flip the 8th

September 16, 2018 @ 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Sunday, Sept. 16, 1 pm to 5 pm, Maple Valley
Canvas for Dr. Kim Schrier, Bill Ramos* and Lisa Callan* out of Lake Wilderness Park Lodge, 22500 SE 248th St, Maple Valley.

Please sign up at drkimschrier.com ASAP so they prepare enough material and walk lists for everyone. (Choose “Events” from the “Take Action” drop-down menu.)

We’ll meet in the galley on the 10:25 a.m. ferry to Seattle, walk up to the light rail at Third Avenue and James St, take the light rail to the Rainier Beach station, where Tula Holmes will pick us up for the drive to Maple Valley.

Tula has room in her car for five. Three of those spaces are already taken, so there’s room for two more. If we have more canvassers, we’ll figure out additional transportation. Please let me know by e-mail or phone (360-598-1602) if you want to make this canvas.

If more than three of us from Bainbridge Island want to make this canvas, when we get to Lake Wilderness Park Lodge, we’ll pair up with other canvassers who have a car and need a partner.

For the return trip, Tula will drop us off at the Rainier Beach station, we’ll take the light rail back to Pioneer Square and walk to the ferry. We’ll stop canvassing early enough (4:30) to make the 6:30 p.m. ferry.
