February Forum: Budgets as Moral Documents

Join the Seattle-King County LWV on Thursday February 1 for our February Forum at the Seattle First Baptist Church at 7pm. Our Social Justice Committee has assembled a panel of speakers to discuss varying ways of interpreting budgets as moral documents at the city, county, and state levels.
Panelists will include:
Kirsten Harris-Talley, former Seattle City Council member
Jackie Vaughn, Fuse Washington
Sheila Capestany, Best Starts for Kids
The panel will be moderated by Revered Harriett Walden.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. The forum is free and open to the public.
