League of Women Voters of Kitsap will hold a public education program on immigration. Speakers will be Mitchell Riese, Washington State Asst. Attorney General, Civil Rights Division; Ray Garrido, Director of Legal Services, Kitsap Immigration Assistance Center; and Martitha May, co-found of KIAC.
