Kitsap Environmental Coalition Hosts Gala Auction Nov. 17
If you care about a healthy environment and want an evening of fun, mark your calendars! The Hansville-based Kitsap Environmental Coalition will hold a gala fundraising auction on November 17 (6 to 9 pm) at Kingstons Village Green Community Center.

The event will feature several silent auctions and culminate with a live auction. People can bid for items ranging from a beautiful carving of a killer whale by Coast Salish carver Randy Peters Sr., a signed and framed lithograph by legendary Northwest artist Mark Tobey, a meditation chair complete with a robe that makes you look and feel like a monk, and a pub crawl through Poulsbo to floor refinishing, canine massage (and training in how to do it), romantic meals at area restaurants, and a luxurious stay in a tipi. The modest admission price of $20 includes drinks and appetizers.
The KEC works for a safe and healthy environment through action and education.
