Kitsap Stands Against Hate

Gather with us to stand in solidarity with Charlottesville. This weekend, we watched in horror as white supremacists and neo nazis descended upon Charlottesville, pushing their agenda of racism and anti-Semitism. This resulted in violence and death. We gather together to condemn racism, bigotry, anti-Semitism, and all who espouse it. We gather to condemn the use of violence, including lethal violence. We gather to mourn those who have been injured and killed. We gather to celebrate and stand in solidarity with those who bravely stood against this hatred. And we gather to implore our elected officials, particularly the president, to condemn these attitudes, these actions, and their source: the white supremacists who terrorized Charlottesville this weekend. Join us at Evergreen Park for a vigil and discussion.
