Phone banking against the Kavanaugh nomination

We will have a spare or two – but a laptop and a phone are necessary for the phone banking.

Please come and join us in phone banking to Alaskan residents – to ask them to contact Sen Murkowski to ask that she votes against Kavanaugh for the Supreme Court, and then connect them to the senator’s phone line. The phone list will consist of people friendly to Planned Parenthood and progressive values.
We need to push back on this second Trump-nominated Justice to protect our country from this young anti-choice pro-corporations candidate: otherwise he could be in the position for a generation. This administration can also put him in this position so that he can be a part of the judiciary to shut down the Mueller investigation.
Hearings about his nomination start September 4th: before the Senate will be able to examine his records of working in the Bush White House.
