From his facebook page: David Harrison founded and served as the executive director of the Northwest Policy Center at the University of Washington. As a senior lecturer, he taught policy analysis for many years at the University’s Evans School. He is a nonprofit activist who lives with his wife Cindy on Bainbridge Island, Washington.
