Organize for Warren

I hope you had a chance to watch last week’s debate. As always, Elizabeth Warren received all kinds of kudos for her performance. Here’s one example of the commentary out there: https://fivethirtyeight.com/features/the-third-democratic-debate-in-7-charts/
She also gave a barn-burner of a speech last night in New York City. If you want to watch the speech, the link is here. If you want to skip the intro and get right to Elizabeth, she takes the stage at 17:45.
With the campaign shifting into the next phase, we are starting a concerted effort to organize our community to support Elizabeth’s campaign. We held our first meeting last month and are preparing for our second.
When: Wednesday, September 25, 6:00-7:30 pm.
Where: Virginia Villa Apartments Community Room
200 High School Rd NE, Bainbridge Island, WA 98110.
The driveway into the parking lot is between St. Cecilia School and Columbia Bank across from Safeway. Enter the lobby and turn right then follow the hall all the way to the end.
At this next meeting, I’d like to discuss individual interests and important team roles that are available for volunteers. Examples of these roles include researching/hosting events, note taker, social media communicator, door knocking, phone/text banking, etc. etc.
