Postcards on Wednesday!

Indivisible Bainbridge Island is writing postcards upstairs at the Town & Country, at 2:00 pm on Wednesdays. Normally, we write to voters in those 18 congressional districts that Biden won in 2020 but were won by a Republican in 2022.
But this month, we wrote for for Democrat Ruben Gallego running for the U.S. Senate in Arizona. He currently is the representative for Arizona’s 3rd CD. The script highlighted the fact that Democrats reduced the cost of insulin and the cost of other prescription drugs.
Now that Activate America (our address provider) has closed the Gallego campaign (for now), we’re writing to Democratic voters in Pennsylvania to remind them that in Pennsylvania, voters who want to vote by mail have to sign up to do that every year. The script includes directions for how to do that. We think voting by mail improves Democratic turnout, so we’re happy to help Pennsylvania voters vote by mail!
