Postcards on Wednesday!

February 28 @ 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Indivisible Bainbridge Island is writing postcards upstairs at the Town & Country, at 2:00 pm on Wednesdays. Normally, we write to voters in those 18 congressional districts that Biden won in 2020 but were won by a Republican in 2022.

For the moment, we’re turning our attention to Pennsylvania, writing to Democratic voters there to remind them that they need to sign up every year to vote by mail. The script includes easy directions for how to do it.

We think voting by mail improves Democratic turnout, so we’re happy to help Pennsylvania voters vote by mail! And the numbers prove it! While appearing on MSNBC on Feb. 19, Elias said that 86% of the voters who just elected Jim Prokopiak to the Pennsylvania State House voted by mail. That consequential election keeps Democrats in control of the State House. And the orange guy keeps telling his voters to vote in person on Election Day, so please keep that up!

Can’t make it to Postcards on Wednesday? You can also get “Donut Forget to Vote” postcards from Holly’s front porch near the intersection of Finch and Wyatt. Email Kathy for directions.

We are totally self-funded. Please help us with stamps or reimbursements for stamps if you can.

Hope to see you there!
