Emerge WA is a national program new to Washington that recruits and trains Democratic women to run for public office — with a 70% success rate in 2016.

The work Emerge is doing comes at a critical time. Women make up just 19.4% of the U.S. Congress and 24.8% of state legislatures. With the election of Donald Trump and threats to women and progressive values, there’s more energy than ever to support women willing to step up and run for office. We hope you can join us!
